Professional Experience: Dickerson played for the Philadelphia Soul and Columbus Destroyers before joining the Yard Dawgz. During his three year AFL career, Dickerson racked up 16 solo tackles and 13 assists. Additional AFL experience includes stints with the New York Dragons (2007) and Tampa Bay Storm (2006). Dickerson also attended training camp with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2004.
Dickerson joined the Yard Dawgz late in the 2008 season and was an immediate solution for center/quarterback exchange issues. Dickerson also tallied 4.5 tackles and a forced fumble.
In his first full season with the Yard Dawgz (2009), Dickerson was able to move back his natural position at nose tackle. There he racked up 6 sacks, second best on the team and 7 tackles for a loss. Dickerson also had a blocked kick and a safety.
College Experience: Prior to playing in the AFL, Dickerson attended the University of Tennessee where he earned two letters (2002, 2003).
